JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- CAT LOVER, Female only (Ages 24 to 30)

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

- 2 years prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role; additional experience in sales and customer service are plus.

- Active and fit; no health problems (e.g. asthma); not allergic to cats.

 - Able to work under a time constraint, KPI oriented to achieve monthly sales target. 

 - Understand the sales & retail work environment is not the same as office hour work. Long hours work. 

- Committed and punctual. Proactive and passionate. 

- Familiar with social media tools and having skills in taking & photos/video editing will be an added advantage. 

- Open to being relocated will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cat grooming. 

 2. Lead and work with the team to achieve the daily/weekly/monthly sales target. 

 3. Enforce and follow each SOP accordingly.

 4. Check for our furry guests' signs of illness or distress and provide adequate fresh food and water daily.

 5. Ensure rooms and shops are cleaned by following instructions and maintaining the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards.

 6. Keep relevant records and make bookings where applicable. 

 7. Answering questions and queries from customers. 

 8. Update social media every day to engage with customers. 

9. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
