How does the RM20 deposit work?

It locks your slot and always counts into the final bill. And nothing is locked in stone: after the hands-on assessment at the outlet you can upgrade, downgrade, change the ritual or add other services — the deposit still counts toward whatever you choose.

Can I book for today?

Online booking opens from tomorrow onwards. If it's urgent, pick tomorrow's slots after 1:00pm — or WhatsApp the outlet directly and ask about walk-in availability for today.

What if I need to cancel or move the date?

Cancel 24+ hours before your slot for a full refund. Closer than that, the deposit may be forfeited — but here's the good part: moving to a new date is always free and needs no new booking. Just inform the outlet or our customer service (WhatsApp or phone) and they'll re-arrange it for you.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Every booking receives a confirmation email right away — your slot, the outlet's address and phone number, and everything else you need. Keep it as your reference; if anything looks off, reply or WhatsApp the outlet.
