Is it really fungal? Three signs.

⭕The shape: roundish patches, often with a redder, scaly edge and a calmer centre — the "ring" that gives ringworm its (wrong) name. It's a fungus, not a worm.

🍂The surface: flaky, crusty or dandruff-like skin in and around the patch, sometimes with broken stubble instead of clean bald skin.

📈The behaviour: it grows. Slowly outward — and new patches appear where she grooms: face, ears, paws first.

👨‍👩‍👧And the one nobody tells you: itchy red circles on YOUR arms or your children's skin means it has already crossed over. That's the point where "wait and see" ends.

How does the RM20 deposit work?

It locks your slot and always counts into the final bill. And nothing is locked in stone: after the hands-on assessment at the outlet you can upgrade, downgrade, change the ritual or add other services — the deposit still counts toward whatever you choose.

Can I book for today?

Online booking opens from tomorrow onwards. If it's urgent, pick tomorrow's slots after 1:00pm — or WhatsApp the outlet directly and ask about walk-in availability for today.

What if I need to cancel or move the date?

Cancel 24+ hours before your slot for a full refund. Closer than that, the deposit may be forfeited — but here's the good part: moving to a new date is always free and needs no new booking. Just inform the outlet or our customer service (WhatsApp or phone) and they'll re-arrange it for you.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Every booking receives a confirmation email right away — your slot, the outlet's address and phone number, and everything else you need. Keep it as your reference; if anything looks off, reply or WhatsApp the outlet.
