Catzonia Policy

Cookie Policy

Version cookies-2026-08-v2 Last updated 16 August 2026

In short. We use a small number of cookies to run the site, remember your booking, and measure our advertising. There is no cookie pop-up. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; everything on the site continues to work.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a tiny text file stored by your browser. Similar mechanisms include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel beacons. This policy covers all of them.

2. Essential

  • __cf_bm — Cloudflare bot management. Session.
  • catzonia_ref (browser storage) — the referral code you arrived with, so your referrer is credited. 14 days.
  • catzo_join_vid — a referral invitation you opened.
  • cz_at, cz_rt — referrer portal sign-in.
  • admin_token, cz_sv, cz_cand — staff, supervisor and applicant areas.

The last three groups are set only for the accounts that use them.

3. Measurement

  • cz_mkt — a random identifier used to count how many people reach each step of booking. No personal or booking detail. 30 days.
  • cz_anon — an anonymous identifier for referral-link counts.

Read only by catzonia.com.

4. Advertising

When you arrive from an advertisement, our advertising platforms set cookies to measure whether it led to a booking. Currently Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

5. How to refuse

Block or clear cookies in your browser — typically Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies, where third-party cookies can also be blocked. Clearing localStorage for catzonia.com removes our client-side storage. Browsing, the spa picker and booking are unaffected.

6. Browser privacy signals

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load advertising tracking and do not share your visit with advertising platforms. We do not act on the legacy Do Not Track header.

7. Changes

When the cookie list changes we bump the version code above and update the date.

8. Contact
